Protein Rasperry snack for in-between's

Just a really short "hi!" (because the weather outside is way too good to spent a day inside and I still have to do my groceries...) and I'll leave you with his little snack for comfortable and lazy in between's.

Raspberry Meringue Yogurt
  • 5-6 little meringues
  • 1 handful frozen raspberries (either defrost them straight away or give the whole thing about 45 minutes to sit)
  • plain yogurt
  • no fat Greek yogurt
  • optional: chocolate drops
Layer: Meringues, rasperries, both yogurts and chocolate drops. Let sit for about 45 minute. Enjoy ;)
